Portfolio: Shirvan Road

This property on the junction with Shirvan Road and Cocorico Ave was sold off plan to a London based returning national. The light airy and spacious design incorporates three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a large kitchen through lounge. The clients own colour scheme and personal touches were incorporated into our own design and town and country approved plans. The client was informed and updated throughout the construction phase and supplied with digital photos e mailed to their pc in the UK. The property was as usual finished on time and on budget in December 2008. The client only visited the site once during the construction and collected the keys and moved in, in early 2009.
