This large four bedroom, four bathroom , 2 reception villa sold just 6 weeks after it was completed in early 2004. Its attractive French Creole inspired design with a gingerbread style is large, airy and spacious with 1,400 sq ft of outside patio and verandas.

The front east side of the house has handmade mahogany French doors all overlooking the sea views and allowing access to the outside patios and balconies and then onto the garden. Likewise the windows are generally large and substantial with mahogany frames and local cedar insets all finished in a neutral marine grade varnish. Throughout the house there are handmade local cedar interior and exterior doors likewise with a varnish finish. The villas reliance on local hardwoods like mahogany, cedar and cyprus gives it a quality hardwood finish.
