This large brand new, east facing flat house (bungalow) in Bacolet is 70ft long and 40ft wide at it’s maximum dimensions. It benefits from three large bedrooms, all en suite two of which overlook the pool.

The property has been designed to maximize the capacity to capture the sea breeze and tranquil ocean atmosphere. It has three hardwood French doors looking out onto the terrace and pool. There are some restricted sea views from the master bedroom.

The house is finished with all natural indigenous hardwoods (mahogany and cedar) in the kitchen, bedroom doors and exterior hardwood French doors, along with the fitted bedroom cupboards. All hardwoods fittings are handmade, selected and worked by local craftsmen from the island.

In the centre of the house is the huge open planned living room, lounge, kitchen and dinning room all over looking the pool area. Some 40ft x 25ft in dimension, with a high ceiling and roof vents and ceiling fans to cool the atmosphere. The roof is finished in anti-fungal shingles.

The whole house is tiled throughout. Telephones and cable tv points throughout the house. Along with a fitted security alarm system, that can be wired to a security company. The house is designed with easy maintence in mind. Electricity - 220 volt points for air conditioning in all the bedrooms, plus the kitchen and utility rooms, the rest of the house has 110 volt to complement local requirements.

Downstairs under bedroom 3 there is a large 27ft x 15ft cellar used for storing water tanks and pool machinery along with a sizable workshop and storage area. This could be converted to a fourth bedroom or a study.
